As of now my commonplace book is more of a commonplace folder on my computer with a few category commonplace book files. Maybe this might be a realistic long term solution as the category files only contain the best of the best in a certain category when the other files may contain a list of quotes that stood out to me for a single book or author. After all from what I heard the biggest mistake that one can make with a commonplace book is to add too much too fast without being more discriminating about what makes the cut. Regardless I still consider this as making slow progress in the right direction as I have yet to have sorted through all of the other files to figure out what deserves to go into the commonplace book files.
